Ripple Treasury (previously GTreasury) is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help scale and evolve a global SaaS treasury and risk management platform used by 800+ customers across 160+ countries.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, international engineering team. You’ll design and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions supporting complex financial workflows including intercompany netting, settlement, reconciliation, and multi-currency processing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Architecting and building cloud-first solutions in Azure
- Developing across the stack: ASP.NET Core / C#, Angular (TypeScript), SQL Server
- Owning quality through TDD/BDD, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and production-grade observability
- Leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering standards
- Supporting a You-Build-It-You-Run-It model for mission-critical financial systems
We’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ experience in software engineering
- Deep expertise in Azure and modern cloud architecture
- Strong experience building distributed, high-volume transactional systems
- A technical leader who thrives in complex, accuracy-driven financial domains
