THE WORK:
We are seeking a Business Systems leader who is passionate about building scalable financial systems, enabling automation, and solving complex integration challenges. This role will be a key part of Ripple’s Finance Transformation journey—powering integrations, reporting, and entity onboarding! A core focus will be supporting M&A integrations, ensuring acquired entities are seamlessly transitioned into Ripple’s Oracle ERP and financial ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Integration Development & Support
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, boundary applications (Workday, Coupa, banks, billing platforms, crypto systems), and reporting tools.
- Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless, reliable data flows.
- Reporting Enablement
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI, Oracle BIP, Oracle FDI, and other reporting solutions.
- Work with Finance, Engineering and other collaborators to deliver accurate and timely insights.
- M&A Systems Integration
- Support merger & acquisition (M&A) onboarding by aligning Chart of Accounts, building conversion logic, and migrating financial data into Oracle.
- Partner with acquired entities to understand their current landscape (ERP, subledgers, banks) and design transition plans into Ripple’s Oracle ERP and reporting framework.
- Operational Excellence & Projects
- Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, identify root causes, and deliver permanent fixes.
- Support finance transformation projects such as subledger automation, stablecoin accounting, and Phase 2 Oracle implementations.
- Ensure all solutions comply with SOX and internal controls.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (Financials preferred).
- Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Terraform or other middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
- 3+ years of experience delivering Oracle reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
- Direct experience with M&A integration — designing system cutovers, migrating data, aligning COA structures, and integrating acquired entities into ERP and reporting systems.
- Understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and external vendors in various functions.
- Effective communication skills to link technical and non-technical customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Bonus if you have
- Experience with Workiva, Clearwater Analytics, or Gtreasury.
- Prior involvement in crypto accounting systems (e.g., Bitwave).
- Familiarity with Terraform, cloud-based automation, or DevOps practices for financial systems.
