The Role

Veeva Link Key People provides deep KOL data to improve engagement with scientific, digital, and clinical leaders.

Your mission as a Senior Lead is to be the operational backbone of our curation efforts. You will guide and lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research. You will design the production processes of tomorrow, driving the technological improvements that elevate our efficiency and data quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers
  • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation
  • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
  • Previous experience mentoring junior team members, leading projects, or managing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international environment

Compensation

  • Total compensation: 30,000 - 40,000 EUR
  • The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
