The Role
Are you looking for a place where your work makes an impact? We are seeking a talented Cloud CRM Consultant to join our amazing, fast-paced team of experts in Hungary.
As a Cloud CRM Lead Consultant in our Commercial Managed Services team, you will drive customer engagements and lead project delivery for live Veeva commercial solutions (primarily Vault CRM). You will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading delivery teams, managing executive client relationships, and ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
This is a remote, full-time role based in Hungary (must be legally authorized to work in Europe).
What You'll Do
- Team & Project Leadership: Lead project delivery teams, guide junior/senior consultants, and oversee the successful execution of configuration changes, feature activations, and system enhancements
- Strategic Client Communication: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, managing expectations, leading workshops, and presenting strategic recommendations
- Architecture & Solutioning: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs on the Vault CRM platform
- Best Practice Advocacy: Proactively guide clients toward Veeva and Life Sciences industry best practices while ensuring seamless integration and high client satisfaction
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience configuring, supporting, or implementing enterprise CRM solutions (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and taking ownership of end-to-end client deliverables
- Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business conversations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Veeva Commercial applications or Salesforce.com
- Experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry

Compensation
- Total compensation: 18,000,000 - 33,000,000 HUF
- The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
