Overview

Groups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Based on the principle that recovery is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of an office visit, our care model includes three core modalities that are proven to help individuals get their lives back on track -- medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. We pride ourselves in providing high quality clinical treatment and team-based support needed to build a life worth living sober.

At Groups, the Partnership Development Manager serves as a critical leader within our Growth Organization. We believe everyone deserves access to life-saving treatment. As we integrate Better Life Partners into the Groups family, we're expanding our Partnership Development team to ensure communities continue receiving exceptional access to care throughout New Hampshire.

The Partnership Development Manager serves as the primary external relationship leader for their market. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic referral partnerships across healthcare systems, behavioral health providers, justice-involved organizations, community agencies, employers, and other key stakeholders.

During the integration of Better Life Partners and Groups, this individual will represent and support both organizations, building referral relationships that expand access to treatment while ensuring a seamless experience for partners throughout the transition.

The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship builder who enjoys opening new doors, strengthening existing partnerships, and using data to drive measurable growth. Success is measured by increasing member intakes, expanding high-value referral networks, and becoming a trusted partner throughout the communities we serve.

  • Ability to understand and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct.
