About The Role

This Senior Accountant role will support the flow of daily accounting operations across the organization. This is a temporary role beginning Fall of 2025 through early 2026.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue and expense entries by compiling and analyzing bank activity, vendor invoices, expense reports and client contracts
• Assist in preparing the monthly reporting package and associated schedules (i.e. running reports from the system and inputting into the monthly package for internal users)
• Accounts Payable - coding and routing of invoices for approval
• Accounts Receivable - assist in the sending of invoices to customers. Also, assisting with assigned accounts for collection efforts.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of operational accounting experience
• Accounting experience in a SaaS company is preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP
• Trustworthiness and the strong communication skills are both extremely important
• Netsuite is preferred but not required
• Must be able to sit or stand for continuous periods of time
• This role frequently communicates/interacts with individuals, must have strong written and oral communication skills
