The Dell Technologies Intern Scholars (DTIS) Program is designed for high-achieving undergraduate sophomores who bring unique perspectives and experiences from various backgrounds including economically disadvantaged circumstances. Our goal is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, empowering students to pursue their career goals by participating in paid internship programming without the stress of financial constraints. This multi-year internship program offers a unique opportunity to explore various roles within the tech industry. Participants will gain valuable experience to enhance their technical proficiency, problem-solving, communication and collaboration, networking, project management, adaptability and learning mindset.

As a DTIS member, you will embark on two enriching internships, working with high-performing teams to solve our customers’ most complex challenges. Each summer, you will tackle an innovative project, making real contributions from day one. Whether you’re delivering new tools and features, testing cutting-edge products, improving inventory management controls, or supporting our daily customer operations, you’ll experience the dynamic environment of a leading tech company. You’ll also have the chance to interact with leaders, network with other interns, and participate in professional development and social events. At the end of your tenure, you’ll proudly present your accomplishments. Successful completion of the first DTIS internship may lead to a second internship offer. Those who excel in all DTIS internships and maintain high academic achievement may receive full-time job offers. Program Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore (class of 2027) pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Evidence of financial need to pursue higher education
  • Majoring in data science or supply chain related fields
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2

What You’ll Get / Program Benefits
  • A 10-12 week, full-time, paid development internship
  • Upon successful completion of your sophomore internship, you may gain access to a second internship opportunity following your junior year
  • A $5,000 scholarship paid through your school and a Dell XPS Laptop , contingent on acceptance of the second Dell internship offer

  • Data Science Who Should Apply The ideal candidate for the Dell Technologies Intern Scholars Program is a high-achieving college sophomore pursuing a degree in supply chain related fields. They should demonstrate financial need to attend college and be motivated to work in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of technologies that drive human progress.
