Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer is a creative problem-solver who will be responsible for working alongside Senior Designers in creating design solutions that have high visual impact and help present our brand in a breakthrough way. They will demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to feedback and deadlines.They are proactive, self-motivated, passionate, a team-player and hungry. They are constantly cultivating a strong knowledge of design and advertising industry practices and technical skills alike.

This designer will focus on large-campaign creative ideation and development. They will build a brand design ecosystem, including but not limited to program branding, training, video, and curricula design and templates. They will have a digital-first mindset, bringing fresh ideas and user-centric insights to the table.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with Senior Designer to develop strong, strategically sound concepts from brief to production for a large-scale campaign
• Excellent communication skills; engages right team members at the right points, manages up as needed
• Consistently delivers work on time, to the right degree of finish at each stage, and high quality
• Efficiently manages project workload for day-to-day needs
• Collaborates with other agency teams in studio, social, video, and ops.
• Maintains strong working knowledge of media as appropriate to ensure work maintains best practices by platform
• Effectively manages and directs vendors as needed on a per-project basis.
• Strong presentation skills, clearly explaining how concepts will deliver against the strategic/ business/ creative goals to senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders and project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
  
  

This employee will have the following characteristics:

• A minimum 1-2 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Strong conceptual and design thinking skills
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Figma and relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of best practices for digital (web, landing pages, email), print, social media, and video formats.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization and project management
• Thrives in a fast-paced, self-motivated, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solves with enthusiasm
• Addresses feedback quickly and collaborates effectively
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
  
  

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
