MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Experian offers recent graduates with 21 months of rotational learning, designed to attract, and develop Experian's future leaders. The selected candidates will be provided with rich learning opportunities to accelerate their understanding of Experian and prepare for leadership opportunities within our multiple business lines. Participants will gain an understanding of Experian's global and regional strategies, as well as our diverse products and offerings obtain broad knowledge of the many markets Experian touches, including consumer credit, fintech, ad-tech, auto and health. • Display strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and global teams
• Formal training/experience in project management in marketing, finance, operations, project management, strategy and/or operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., leading projects, clubs or through prior work experience)
• Understand business metrics, customer, and market trends and strategy
