Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in either Berkeley, Hazelwood or St. Charles, Missouri; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; Renton, Tukwila or Seattle, Washington; El Segundo, Long Beach or Seal Beach, California; Mesa, Arizona; or Huntsville, Alabama.

  • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

  • 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Entry Level 1 : Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Experience handling unique problem solving and multi-tasking of urgent issues daily

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Entry Level 1: Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
  • Associate Level 2 : Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Ridley Park, Pennsylvania: $55,250 - $68,250

Renton, Tukwila or Seattle, Washington: $55,250 - $68,250

El Segundo, Long Beach or Seal Beach, California: $55,250 - $68,250

Mesa, Arizona: $51,850 - $64,050

Huntsville, Alabama: $51,850 - $64,050

Summary pay range for Associate Level:

Berkeley, Hazelwood or St. Charles, Missouri: $60,350 - $74,550

Ridley Park, Pennsylvania: $64,600 - $79,800

Renton, Tukwila or Seattle, Washington: $64,600 - $79,800

El Segundo, Long Beach or Seal Beach, California: $64,600 - $79,800

Mesa, Arizona: $60,350 - $74,550

Huntsville, Alabama: $60,350 - $74,550
