Nationally recognized for our innovative, whole-child school model and outstanding academic results, Success Academy educators are empowering children from all backgrounds with the knowledge, skills, and self-belief to succeed in college and in life. We now need a results-driven Enrichment Learning Services Specialist to join our Schooling team.

Examples of such learning opportunities include field studies, summer enrichment experiences, summer school programming, and tutoring amongst others.

Situated within the Schooling Department, the Enrichment Learning Team operationalizes programs that enable excellent out of school learning opportunities and self driven learning for scholars. • Observe existing external enrichment learning programs and evaluate quality of program offerings on an annual basis
  • Managing processes for contracts and invoicing to ensure delivery of quality service, as well as on-time payment to vendors
  • Innovate to provide the best possible programming to our scholars and to ensure maximum efficiency in the management of programs within scope. The Specialist will:
  • Create a feedback loop with school-based staff and spend time in schools to understand how programs are being implemented and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Attend and observe external enrichment learning programs to evaluate quality of programs and make recommendations for updates to our yearly scope and sequence
  • Produce data analyses and memoranda for management reporting
  • Provide essential support to Enrichment Learning Team leadership, including but not limited to:
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing outcomes-focused agendas
  • Assigning next steps and managing the follow-through
