Part Time Assistant to CEO of Trading Firm hold.com $32/hour on W2 Plus Opportunity for Annual Bonus Located in Tribeca, close to NYU, Barnard, and Columbia Job Description:

• Work with other NYU, Columbia & Barnard students as an assistant to the CEO of 900+ person firm
• Engage in complex & interesting research; potential for financial projects
• Arrange travel & social itineraries
• Manage & run personal & business errands
• Plan events, coordinate agendas, run social media accounts
• Complete various clerical duties, e.g. manage filing & receipt systems
• Coordinate seasonal boat maintenance
• Weekly fashion coordination, e.g. organize & audit wardrobe
• Student friendly hours
• Potential for full-time position upon graduation
