This is a fully remote position that offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and help shape the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our marketing objectives.
• Run our slack channels dedicated to helping Job Seekers & Startups.
• Run various bi weekly webinars with the community to help answer questions, engage them, and provide support.
• Engage with our community members across various social media platforms, forums, and other channels to build and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.
• Work with our product team to gather feedback from the community and incorporate it into our product development roadmap.
• Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
