Impact

As the Product Manager for True Markets’ stablecoin infrastructure, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of our stablecoin-related products. You will define the product strategy, ensuring that our stablecoin offerings not only meet current market needs but also anticipate future demands. Your ability to collaborate across teams and lead strategic initiatives will be crucial in shaping a high-performance stablecoin ecosystem that enables secure, efficient, and user-friendly financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product strategy for stablecoin infrastructure
• Ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and legal to build secure, compliant, and scalable products.
• Conduct market analysis of stablecoin adoption and regulatory changes, using insights to optimize product
• Manage lifecycle for stablecoin products, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.
• Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, legal teams, and external partners to maintain compliance and foster market trust.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies for stablecoin products, including partnerships and market education efforts to drive adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management, with expertise in stablecoins, blockchain, or fintech products.
• Strong understanding of the stablecoin technical infrastructure
• Experience working in a regulated environment with an emphasis on financial products and cryptocurrency.
• Ability to build strategy, prioritize and deploy innovative solutions at scale
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: A base salary aligned with industry standards for fintech and blockchain roles.
• Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
