Impact

As the Product Manager for True Markets’ lending infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in the development and scaling of the platform’s lending solutions in the digital asset space. You will lead the creation of lending products that leverage our hybrid CeFi/DeFi settlement to meet the evolving needs of our users and align with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in product strategy and market trends will ensure True Markets remains competitive in the DeFi and lending space.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product strategy for stablecoin infrastructure
• Work closely with engineering, design, and legal to build secure, compliant, and delightful lending products.
• Stay informed on latest in DeFi and lending models to refine product offerings
• Manage lifecycle for lending products, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, develop partnerships and educate users to drive product adoption
• Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all lending products meet regulatory and risk management standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, with focus on lending/financial products in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Deep understanding of lending infrastructure, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks related to CeFi/DeFi lending.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing the full product lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and their application in the lending space.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring lending products meet global compliance standards.

Remuneration and Benefits

At True Markets, we offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contributions to our success. Our compensation includes:

• Competitive Salary: A base salary aligned with industry standards for fintech and blockchain roles.
• Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
