Impact

As the Operations and Compliance Manager at True Markets, you will be a key player in ensuring the platform's smooth functionality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all operational aspects align with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with vendors and key stakeholders. Through your leadership, True Markets will maintain its competitive edge in the fast-paced cryptocurrency and trading ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform to ensure seamless functionality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align operational needs with the development roadmap, ensuring compliance and user experience enhancements.
• Manage and optimize key performance metrics, ensuring that operational goals are met while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead vendor relationships, overseeing platform maintenance and ensuring the highest standards of service from external partners.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly in regard to crypto exchanges, trading, and AML/KYC obligations.
• Ensure regular audits and assessments are conducted to maintain the platform’s regulatory standing and proactively address any potential issues.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations management within a financial, fintech, or cryptocurrency environment.
• Extensive knowledge of trading platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, and regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements for trading activities, including monitoring and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring licensing and regulatory adherence.
• Ability to handle complex operational challenges in a dynamic, fast-evolving regulatory environment, with a focus on maintaining platform integrity and market trust.

Remuneration and Benefits

At True Markets, we offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contributions to our success. Our compensation includes:

• Competitive Salary: A base salary aligned with industry standards for fintech and blockchain roles.
• Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
