As the Mobile Application Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobile product, driving innovation and technical excellence in every stage of the development lifecycle. Your leadership will ensure the seamless integration of our mobile platform with backend systems, delivering a secure, high-performance experience that aligns with our broader strategic vision. By establishing best practices for the SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of our mobile applications, empowering users and supporting business objectives on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile application development lifecycle, from architecture and design to development and deployment.
• Establish, implement, and maintain best practices for mobile application SDLC, including automated testing, code hygiene, and security.
• Identify and implement observability tools to track mobile app installation and usage metrics.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure the mobile app meets design specifications and provides a superior user experience.
• Integrate the mobile app with backend APIs and ensure a seamless experience between the mobile and web applications.
• Play a key role in strategic planning, prioritization of features, and setting the vision for the mobile app roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications using Swift.
• 7+ years of general frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with setting up, maintaining, and working with automated SDLC tooling and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Proven experience in setting up deployment channels for mobile applications.
• Knowledgeable in modern authentication and security practices for mobile development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend development and integrations.
• Knowledge of trading platforms for crypto, stocks, or other assets, with an understanding of trading user interfaces.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments for development and deployment.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience developing native Android mobile applications.
• Web development experience using JavaScript and TypeScript for seamless cross-platform integration.
• Leadership experience in building and managing an engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Experience in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows for automating SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

Remuneration and Benefits

At True Markets, we offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contributions to our success. Our compensation includes:

• Competitive Salary: A base salary aligned with industry standards for fintech and blockchain roles.
• Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
