Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Operations Manager to lead financial operations at True Markets. This role will play a key part in the company by overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on financial management, with expertise in fintech or the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

● Develop the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term planning.

● Manage accounting, financial reporting, and tax planning.

● Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making and drive business growth.

● Implement effective internal controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.

● Monitor key financial metrics and lead risk management initiatives to protect the company's assets and ensure financial stability.

● Collaborate with other departments, including product and legal teams, to ensure the financial alignment of business strategies.

Required Qualifications:

● 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in fintech, financial services, or a related industry.

● Proven track record of successfully leading financial strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

● Deep understanding of financial regulations, especially in cryptocurrency markets and exchanges.

● Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

● Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.

● Leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams.

● CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.

● Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
