As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will help ensure that our platform functions reliably across internal tools, APIs, and user workflows — enabling our teams to deliver faster, better, and with confidence. Your work will directly support our QA engineers and development teams by validating features, identifying potential issues before they reach production, improving test coverage, and helping us maintain consistency across environments.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• • Final-year students or candidates with equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
• A strong interest in software testing, quality assurance, or technology.
• Basic understanding of QA concepts such as test cases, bugs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail — able to spot inconsistencies or missing steps.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or other ticketing/test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, or tools like Postman/ReadyAPI.
• Basic understanding of front-end or back-end systems.
• Experience with Cypress, JavaScript/TypeScript, or any test automation tool.
• Ability to follow structured test plans and document results clearly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute manual tests for new features developed across internal tools and APIs.
• Reproduce reported bugs, document findings, and collaborate with QA engineers and developers.
• Participate in testing sprints, release validations, and regression testing.
• Create, update, and organize test cases and test data in TestRail.
• Validate data accuracy, error handling, and workflows across different environments.
• Provide clear feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.
• Monitor and verify fixes, ensuring issues are properly resolved before release.

Need-to-know:

• Hybrid schedule:

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: mandatory in-office

- Monday & Friday: working from home option

• This is a paid internship with potential opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
• No previous professional experience required but motivation and consistency are essential.
