As a pivotal member of our marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager will accelerate and elevate the performance of Tive’s marketing and sales programs and campaigns. Your marketing technology systems expertise, reporting and analytical skills, and data and list management expertise will enable Tive to get more from our marketing and sales campaigns which drive qualified pipeline, sales/bookings, and growth for Tive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Track, measure,and analyze marketing performance (as a whole and by individual campaigns, channels, and media partners) for a variety of audiences: marketing campaign owners, leadership team, board of directors, etc.

  • Own and optimize day-to-day marketing operations tasks (e.g., importing/exporting data, lead triage, building workflows and rules, data quality/cleanup, target account/contact lists, market whitespace analysis).

  • Bolster our marketing intelligence and effectiveness by fully integrating data between all of our marketing technology tools (e.g., ABM platform, Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics).

  • Create and audit our current attribution framework and campaigns, and make suggestions for improvement or restructuring.

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT to ensure that marketing campaigns are successful.

Must-Haves

  • Proven marketing technology expertise (especially HubSpot and Salesforce): These two platforms form the backbone of our marketing and sales technology stack. Our ideal candidate will have “admin-level” experience, for example: Data importing/exporting, workflow development (HubSpot), lead assignment rules and custom object development (Salesforce), and a strong understanding of the integration between the two platforms.

  • Expertise in marketing reporting, analytics, and dashboards: Our ideal candidate is an analytics “ninja” who loves working with interesting datasets, solving complex problems, and drawing meaningful conclusions from the data that enable Tive to continuously improve our marketing and sales performance. You are comfortable building marketing funnel models (e.g., reverse waterfall), attribution analysis, conversion rates across various marketing channels, and more.

  • Adept at list development, data management, quality, and integration: Our ideal candidate lives and breathes data. Among other skills, you are an Excel/Google Sheets wizard who can do VLOOKUPs in your sleep. You’re an expert in data manipulation, visualization, and enrichment (using external tools such as ZoomInfo or Cognism as a data source). You are also adept at building and managing key target lists (e.g., account and contact lists based on defined criteria) that will be used to direct outbound outreach for our sales teams, ABM, LinkedIn, and retargeting campaigns, etc.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field; 5+ years experience, preferably in a B2B software, hardware, or SaaS business.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Account-based Management (ABM) processes, principles, and platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.

  • Well-versed in key trends in the marketing technology, business intelligence, and data management landscapes.

  • Experience in the supply chain, logistics, freight, and shipping industries.


Working Hours

  • The Marketing Operations Analyst will be working closely and collaborating with Tive colleagues in both Europe and North America, including colleagues in California (+9 hours from Pristina). As such, our ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours 2-3 days per week (for example, 12:00 to 20:00 CEST).
