About Sygaldry
Sygaldry Technologies is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to exponentially speed up training and inference. Our AI servers will address the problem of rising compute and energy costs for scaling AI, enabling companies to innovate faster and more affordably. Sygaldry AI servers combine multiple qubit types within a single, fault-tolerant architecture, leveraging their respective strengths while avoiding their limitations. We're building the infrastructure for quantum superintelligence. We pioneer new domains in physics, engineering, and AI, tackling the hardest challenges with a grounded, optimistic, and rigorous culture. Our team is growing—we're looking for scientists who want to shape how quantum and AI intersect, and unlock the potential of both together.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, founder-caliber leader to own early engagement and commercial partnerships with AI companies. You will shape how Sygaldry’s quantum‑accelerated AI servers are adopted by AI organizations. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with the GTM, Product, and AI teams.
You will act as a trusted interface between Sygaldry’s technical teams and the broader AI ecosystem, helping partners understand how quantum acceleration can transform their AI workloads. You’ll work closely with model builders, hyperscalers, AI labs and advanced enterprise teams to understand their needs, translate our technical capabilities into clear value, and design early commercial engagements (LOIs, pilot agreements, capacity reservations) that inform our product and go‑to‑market strategy.
This role offers meaningful ownership, executive‑level collaboration, and a front‑row seat in building quantum superintelligence that is affordable, sustainable, and secure.
What You’ll Do
Ecosystem & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with AI labs, model builders, hyperscalers and other strategic partners.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for technical and business leaders evaluating quantum‑accelerated AI infrastructure.
Engage partners early to understand their workflows, constraints and long‑term objectives.
Product & Technical Translation
Help partners understand how Sygaldry’s hybrid quantum‑classical servers fit into their existing stacks and future roadmaps.
Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal technical teams, ensuring both sides are aligned.
Early Commercialization & Partnerships
Shape and close forward‑looking commercial frameworks—such as letters of intent, pilot agreements, reservations or capacity commitments—that help de‑risk development and signal real demand.
Support end‑to‑end deal execution in collaboration with leadership, balancing partner needs, technical feasibility and long‑term strategy.
Ensure early commercial structures lay a foundation for scalable future revenue motions.
Strategy & Signal Generation
Contribute to market mapping and customer prioritisation based on real ecosystem signal.
Identify patterns across partners that inform our go‑to‑market approach and product direction.
-
Create lightweight materials (decks, briefs, partner overviews) to support external conversations.
What Success Looks Like
Trusted relationships with key players in the AI ecosystem, leading to early commercial commitments that meaningfully influence Sygaldry’s product and strategy.
Clear insights into how frontier AI teams evaluate and adopt quantum‑accelerated infrastructure.
Tight feedback loops between ecosystem signal and product development.
A repeatable foundation for future ecosystem, partnerships, or GTM efforts.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Are
A former technical founder or early‑stage operator who has worked closely with product and engineering teams.
Energized by building long‑term partnerships and shaping how new technology enters the market.
Experienced engaging deeply technical audiences as well as senior business leaders at large organizations; you can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Familiar with the AI landscape, including labs, model builders and infrastructure platforms.
Excited by building from zero to one and iterating based on real world feedback
Comfortable operating across product, engineering and commercial conversations, and motivated by high impact — you want your work to materially shape the company’s trajectory
You ideally have a strong technical foundation (degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field) or equivalent hands‑on experience building AI/ML systems or infrastructure.
