Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.

We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Product, Complex Care, you will take on a high-impact role in building the tools and workflows that power Spring Health’s workplace mental health services, ranging from employee support and manager consultations to crisis response and return-to-work guidance. Your work will improve operational efficiency, strengthen care delivery, and create seamless, connected experiences for members, providers, and employer partners.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Ave.

What you’ll do:

  • Design tools that enable care teams, clinical operations, and providers to operate efficiently, confidently, and consistently across all Workplace Care services.
  • Improve the experience of members seeking workplace support by reducing time to care, clarifying next steps, and ensuring smoother, more connected care journeys.
  • Partner closely with clinical operations to understand workflow needs and craft solutions that reduce administrative burden and elevate care quality.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize workplace workflows— intake, triage, coordination, documentation, or follow-up—to improve reliability and outcomes.
  • Use automation and intelligent workflow design (including AI where appropriate) to streamline manual tasks and support faster, more accurate service delivery.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from care teams, employers, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to define metrics and evaluate the impact of workflow improvements on efficiency, timeliness, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical Ops, Customer Success, and the AI Servicing Platform team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery to launch—with clarity, structure, and strong cross-functional alignment.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Members accessing workplace support experience faster resolution times, clearer guidance, and smoother transitions into ongoing care.
  • Care teams and providers see measurable reductions in manual work, documentation time, and overall workflow friction.
  • Workplace workflows operate more consistently across teams and customer accounts, improving reliability and reducing escalations.
  • Operational improvements translate into stronger employer-facing outcomes, supporting renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Automation and workflow enhancements meaningfully shorten SLAs and increase throughput.
  • High adoption and satisfaction from internal users, reflecting an intuitive, predictable, and effective servicing experience.
  • High-quality launches delivered consistently, with clear metrics and evidence of impact across care quality, efficiency, and member experience.

What we expect from you:

We’re looking for an experienced product manager with demonstrated talent for creativity and execution. Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, in AI/ML, and having worked in an early-stage startup environment is a big plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a solid track record of delivering successful products within or adjacent to the healthcare industry.
  • Experience building clinical tools or EHR systems, with a deep understanding of provider workflows, documentation processes, and the realities of clinical practice.
  • Empathy for providers and clinical teams—you understand their daily realities, can speak their language, and translate their needs into intuitive, efficient product experiences.
  • Broad healthcare knowledge, ideally spanning beyond mental health.
  • Comfort with a high-growth, dynamic environment, and an ability to balance agility with consistency as business priorities, user needs, and our competitive environment evolves
  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, with a bias towards rapid execution over process
  • A self starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge and foundation in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities
