You will serve as a Lead Product Manager responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention, with a particular focus on care continuity for higher-acuity members. This is a growth-oriented product leadership role. You will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and success metrics for improving how members enter, engage in, and remain in care over time, while maintaining clinical integrity and regulatory compliance. You will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the growth strategy for Care Continuity, defining how Spring Health improves activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care for complex, high-acuity members.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey (e.g., patient onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement, transitions between phases of care).
- Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, engineering, and clinical teams to rapidly design ethical, clinically sound tests that drive measurable impact.
- Define and own growth KPIs (e.g., activation, attendance, retention, utilization, longitudinal engagement), ensuring metrics reflect both business outcomes and clinical intent.
- Translate clinical constraints and care models into scalable growth systems, balancing personalization with repeatability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows that remove friction from care engagement.
- Partner closely with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth initiatives respect acuity, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other PMs to ensure growth initiatives are cohesive across Specialty Care programs and aligned with broader Care and company-level objectives.
- Use qualitative insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results to continuously refine strategy and prioritization.
- Raise the bar for growth thinking within the Growth organization, embedding experimentation, learning velocity, and outcome-driven decision-making into how teams operate.
What success looks like in this role:
- Meet or exceed targets for utilization and revenue for Specialty Care.
- A clear, data-informed growth strategy that aligns clinical priorities with measurable engagement and retention improvements.
- Sustained improvements in activation, attendance, retention, and longitudinal engagement for high-acuity members.
- A robust experimentation culture where hypotheses are tested quickly, learnings are shared, and decisions are grounded in evidence.
- Growth initiatives that are ethically sound, clinically appropriate, and scalable, even in complex care contexts.
- Cross-functional teams are aligned on what growth means and how it’s measured.
- Your work meaningfully contributes to both member outcomes and business impact without compromising care quality.
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of growth-oriented product areas or portfolios.
- Proven experience as a Growth PM, owning funnels, experiments, and KPIs in consumer, B2B2C, or healthcare products.
- Strong experience designing and running experimentation programs (A/B testing, cohort analysis, iterative rollouts).
- Experience operating in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare, fintech, education, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Deep analytical fluency, with the ability to construct strong hypotheses, conduct hands-on analyses with data directly, and connect behavioral data to product decisions
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs between growth velocity, clinical integrity, and user trust.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate growth strategy, insights, and tradeoffs.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or personalization systems to improve engagement and retention is a strong plus.
- Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, Iterable, and/or Eppo.
