Product Marketing Director (18 month Contract)

Altrata is looking for smart, energetic, highly motivated and self-driven people to help us build and manage the next generation of our products. This Product Marketing Director role will work directly with the CIO to drive data-backed product marketing strategies that take our emerging products to market with greater impact and planned improvement cycles.

The ideal candidate will be a fast-learner and self-starter, who is eager to join a face-paced Product team, focused on delivering against our ambitious 2024/25 goals.

The role is currently proposed to cover a fixed term of 18 months, with the option to hire full-time if the fixed-term is a mutual success.

What will you do?

  • Join a high-performing team of product marketing managers and product owners
  • Define and deliver on the overall product marketing strategy to drive greater awareness, strong product adoption, and impact revenue growth/retainment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as, commercial teams, operations, data, technology and marketing teams, to develop and implement GTM strategies
  • Own responsibilities surrounding product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
  • Oversee product launch plans, collateral, and sales enablement tools
  • Drive product-led usage growth via dynamic product adoption strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform product marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to establish integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and adoption
  • Produce product-related content, content, visuals, marketing collateral, and presentations to support commercial initiatives

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing role (enterprise software experience preferred).
  • You have excellent communication skills, with a desire to tackle complex problems
  • Experience marketing software or web applications in the B2B space is a must.
  • Experience marketing integrations (CRM, API, Data Feed) is ideal.
  • Understand how technology/data teams work.
  • Exceptional copy writing skills
  • Experience setting vision and direction
  • A unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • Motivated by the desire to constantly learn in a changing environment and actively contribute to a dynamic team structure.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, Adobe, Jira, Salesforce is a plus
