Altrata is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Managing Director of Revenue Enablement to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is critical to streamlining our sales process, training new hires, standardizing practices, and driving modernization within our sales strategy. With our unique position as an organization comprised of five different products coming together under a single Altrata platform, we are looking for someone who can unify and strengthen our approach to achieving our revenue goals across all Commercial functions (SDR, Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success, Marketing).
The successful candidate will be an innovator and a go-getter, able to tackle the unique challenges that come with merging multiple legacy products and companies into one cohesive structure. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all onboarding activities and training efforts, including creating tool/skill-based training sessions and standardizing processes across the company.
- Own and optimize usage of our sales and training platforms, including Salesforce, Lessonly, and Seismic.
- Collaborate with different departments, such as sales, marketing, partnerships, engineering, product, and HR, to create alignment and remove friction across our onboarding process and sales cycle.
- Develop and implement a cohesive sales methodology to be used across the organization.
- Analyze sales data to drive improvements in quota attainment, new rep ramping, close rate, and days to close.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales development trends, incorporating new strategies and techniques into our sales approach.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related role.
- Direct management experience.
- Previous experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Mastery of change management and cultivating enthusiasm for new idea.
- Proficient in Salesforce, with the ability to run reports and perform analysis.
- Familiarity with a modern sales tech stack – we use Groove, ZoomInfo, Tableau, Docusign CLM, Vidyard, Qualified, and other tools.
- A lifelong learner with a keen understanding of the latest trends in sales development, messaging, sales skills, discovery, and demo best practices.
- Extremely organized, disciplined, and capable of building effective frameworks for scaling enablement and upskilling our team.
- Able to build trust and engage effectively with a large, remote, and diverse team.
- Proactive in seeking out problems to solve based on data, gut feel, and intuition.

You will see the annual salary range in this post. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill levels. Our total compensation packages are competitive and the inclusion of annual bonuses, commissions, or quarterly MBO bonuses are dependent on the role. These will be discussed with you during the interview process. The salary range is Altrata’s good faith belief at the time of this posting and is provided in support of New York’s Salary Transparency initiative.
