Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new sales of our one-of-a-kind SaaS solution within our executive search verticals. This role supports our strategic sales teams, who focus on the largest executive search prospects in the U.S., and this role could eventually lead to a full-cycle Account Executive role within our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an aligned Account Executive to strategize and solidify new meetings/ conversations with prospects.
- Pro-actively identify qualified leads through research of named accounts and effectively articulate the value proposition of Altrata products, including BoardEx, Boardroom Insiders, and RelSci
- Leverage a new-school Sales Prospecting approach that provides value to potential prospects, by leveraging video and other social-selling mediums.
- Create prospect curiosity through personalized call, email, social, and video campaigns
Qualifications
- 1-3 years consultative solutions-based sales experience
- Expertise communicating via phone & email
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Hustle, determination, and a positive attitude
- Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of how executive search and commercial organizations operate
- Possess the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in a very fast paced industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to have major input in defining the success of your role

The annual salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill levels. Our total compensation packages are competitive and the inclusion of annual bonuses, commissions, or quarterly MBO bonuses are dependent on the role. These will be discussed with you during the interview process. The salary range is Altrata’s good faith belief at the time of this posting and is provided in support of New York’s Salary Transparency initiative.
