We’relooking for an engaging and inquisitive recent graduate to join the growingAltrata’s Data Services team in India. You’ll be an integral member of theteam, supporting senior members of staff on execution of bespoke Modelling andScreening projects, as well as various types of data exports.

Altrata’s Predictive Modelling product identifiespatterns and trends to provide wealth intelligence solutions to help clientsfrom the financial services, healthcare, educational, non-profits, retail, realestate, and travel sectors to create strategies, to extend their reach and tobuild their prospect pipeline. We provide deep insights and modelling solutionsto clients to improve their practices and processes. This is usually done withthe aim to help the client to make more informed decisions to effectivelyutilise their time and resources.

Altrata’s Screening products involves the analysisof a client’s customer or donor database to identify previously unknown HNWindividuals. Our Screening processes use sophisticated matching and identityresolution technology, combined with deep subject matter expertise to enableAltrata clients to immediately make use of our in-depth research andintelligence on wealthy individuals. It also identifies their relationshipnetworks to drive forward new customer or donor initiatives. Beyond merelyunearthing matches in the customer or prospect data, Altrata utilises fuzzymatching and thus also grades these matches by wealth tier and match quality sopotential prospects can be easily categorised and prioritised.

Depending on ability and experience, candidates selectedfor this role will support all aspects of the Altrata Screening and Modelingproduct delivery, including project scoping, feasibility analysis, datapreparation, data matching, and report writing. Data Services Analysts willalso be required to run database queries, extract data and carry outstatistical analysis. Depending on ability and experience, candidates may alsohave the opportunity to work on data mining, data manipulation, data analysistasks using R or Python, imputation techniques, and basic machine learningtechniques.

KeyResponsibilities

· Understand thebusiness requirement and translate them into Modelling solutions

· Partner withother teams to build scalable and efficient data models that can be used forscalable, refreshable analysis and reporting

· Writeproduction-quality code

· Be able todebug existing models and create new models

· Integrate Newdata and Design Workflows

· Be able tobuild dashboards and presentations for clients or Internal stakeholders

· Managing individual screening projects and keepingstakeholders up to date with progress

· Cleaning and structuring raw data for the matchingprocess

· Perform complex queries through a SQL client

· Debugging errors and updating R or Python-baseddata cleaning scripts

Minimum Requirements

· 3+ yrs. ofworking experience in Machine Learning/ AI projects

· Should havedeveloped Predictive models and worked on recommendation systems

· Understandingof statistics and its applications

· Expertise in Supervised,Unsupervised and reinforcement ML algorithms

· StrongProgramming skills in R/Python

· Top datawrangling skills with SQL queries

· (Good to have)Experience working on Databricks with real time Prediction services

· (Good to Have)Background in Financial domain

· Degree qualified (maths, economics, computerscience or data science backgrounds preferred)

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Good presentation skills

· High attention to detail

· Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Technical Requirements

· Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel

· Competent knowledge and experience with SQL

· Some proficiency with at least one of thefollowing: Tableau, Power BI

· Someproficiency with at least one of the following: Python, R

· Have solid statistical knowledge and quantitativeanalytical experience
