Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Solutions, eKYC/KYC

Executive Summary We're searching for a seasoned, senior-level expert to lead our eKYC/KYC product solutions. This is not a typical product role; you'll be a strategic force, blending deep technical knowledge with a keen understanding of market needs and regulatory pressures. You’ll be responsible for positioning Prove eKYC as the definitive solution for verifying identities at scale, reducing fraud losses, and ensuring our clients stay compliant with a tangled web of regulations. Job Summary: The Director of eKYC/KYC is a pivotal leadership position within Product Solutions, serving as the ultimate expert for our eKYC offerings. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing product direction, sales strategy, and client relationships. The Director must be highly collaborative, capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, and able to work independently to drive a go-to-market strategy that aligns with global compliance standards and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & Revenue Ownership: Take accountability for your solutions and financial success. This includes defining and supporting the go-to-market plan, contributing to pricing strategy to ensure commercial viability, and supporting the sales team to achieve annual contract value (ACV) and revenue targets. You will be responsible for understanding and improving key financial metrics for your product suite.
- Sales / Company Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Prove's eKYC solutions, driving go-to-market strategy and solution design for both internal and external audiences.
- Issue Research and Resolution: Lead the team in researching and resolving complex product issues, serving as the top escalation point for our clients.
- Thought Leadership: Lead the effort to establish Prove as a leading authority in the eKYC and identity verification space through keynote speaking engagements, published articles, and participation in high-level industry events.
- Capturing Requirements: Take the lead on collaborating with engineering and data science to capture and document detailed technical requirements for new features and solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the WELCOME suite, making sure our solutions proactively address regulatory changes and the evolving landscape of digital identity including CIP, KYC, BSA and AML regulations.
- Market Intelligence: Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, with a specific focus on understanding global eKYC trends and regulatory shifts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing product or solutions role, with a strong background in identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Executive Engagement: Exceptional executive-level engagement skills and presence, with a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
- Facilitation Skills: Expert-level group facilitation skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes customer meetings and secure strategic alignment on complex solutions.

- Continuous Learning: A relentless passion for staying ahead of the curve in eKYC, compliance, and digital identity markets.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $170,000- $185,000 plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
