Paxos’ Legal team is looking for a Paralegal to uplevel our Legal Team’s work on a varied portfolio of work including civil litigation, employment, investigations, and regulatory engagement.

As a Paralegal, you’ll get to:

• Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient
• Handle Paxos’ responses to regulatory subpoena requests
• Manage our docket of civil litigation and regulatory consumer complaints
• Support Paxos’ relationship with key external stakeholders, including our regulators
• Organize our approach to employment-related documentation, including offer letters and employment agreements

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience
• Experience working on litigation matters
• Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

You might also have:

• In house paralegal experience
• Experience working on regulatory or employment matters
• Experience working in hyper-growth, tech-focused company
