About you and the role

You get excited and pumped up when talking about eNPS, Onboarding, and Employee Experience! You dream of working with a fast paced scaling start-up that is looking to bring in amazing talent but also maintain and grow our amazing culture!

What you’ll do

  • Partner with our Talent Team on proving an incredible candidate experience
  • Support our Talent Team with end to end processes from phone screen, scheduling and offer administration
  • Be the champion of our brand and processes
  • Supporting HRIS administration
  • Own the HR inbox
  • Champion an incredible in office experience for each and every Pancake (PartnerStack employee)
  • Own the relationship with our in office suppliers and facilities
  • This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days a week in office
  • Work on special projects with the Director of People

You're a great candidate if...

  • 1+ years of experience within a People and Culture team
  • An interest in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working within a dynamic and fast paced start-up
  • Experience managing processes and vendors
  • High attention to detail both with people and process
  • A champion of People and Culture
