Launch your tech career with Palantir!
The Palantir Launch: Spring Program is an insight program for students looking to accelerate their personal and technical growth in preparation for a successful, impactful career in tech. Across the course of one week, you’ll get exposure to different aspects of Palantir’s business and the skills needed to help us solve some of the world’s hardest problems. You’ll finish the program with a deeper understanding of how a tech company works, as well as your own technical capabilities and interests.
Through interactive workshops and hands-on sessions, you’ll work collaboratively with your fellow Launchers on challenging, motivating problems; developing your skills, and broadening your perspective on the possibilities of engineering. You’ll also find that our internal community is full of people who are excited to meet you, build connections and further your development. You’ll have a breadth of opportunity to connect with individual Palantirians and our Affinity Groups.
The Palantir Launch: Spring Program is open to students graduating in 2027 who are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a UK university. We especially encourage students from communities that are historically underrepresented in STEM to apply. This includes (but is not limited to) individuals from ethnic/racial minority groups, women, individuals with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Program Dates: April 14 - 17, 2025
Palantir will cover travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for the duration of the program. Every Launcher who completes the program will be invited to an expedited interview process for a Palantir Internship in 2026.
