OpenEnvoy delivers an AI-first finance platform that transforms invoice processing by capturing and coding delivery documents in any format without requiring supplier portals or templates. Its system matches invoices against purchase orders, contracts, receipts, and rate cards to flag duplicates, fraud, and pricing errors before payment, enabling instant reconciliation and audit readiness. The platform automates approvals through intelligent workflows that learn from user behavior, supports multi-ERP and system integration, and preserves the original invoice with full audit traceability.
