The Olo platform and our partner ecosystem is the backbone of online food ordering for many of the country's largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you've ordered directly from a restaurant brand's app or website, we've made that happen.
Olo is looking for a Partner Ecosystem Associate to join our Partner Ecosystem team. You will report to the Senior Director of Partner Ecosystem and work hand-in-hand to help manage partners and coordinate across internal groups at Olo (including Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success) with the goal of building and managing the most robust developer and third-party ecosystem for Olo's restaurant and foodservice brands.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Partnership management for third-party partners that include (but are not limited to) agencies, loyalty, marketing, data intelligence, consulting.
  • Maintain knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support onboarding strategic partners.
  • Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage the intake of partners to ensure they abide by best practices.
  • Identify business development opportunities within the partner Ecosystem
  • Work with Olo's teams to answer any delivery, product enhancement, or developer support related questions and provide strategic direction.

What We'll Expect From You

  • 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing or account management role.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience working with other departments and external partners, and executing against deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources, and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
  • Legally able to work in the U.S.

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $65k - 75k annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location.
