About Noom
Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a leading whole-person health platform combining personalized medication with the science of behavior change and psychology — helping people build lasting habits and live longer, healthier lives. With nationally recognized programs spanning weight management, diabetes prevention, GLP-1 support, menopause, and longevity, we serve millions through health plans, employers, and direct-to-consumer offerings. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, whether fully remote or in one of our offices, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.
Our Partnerships Team
Noom’s Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for building and scaling the relationships that bring Noom to more members through the employer and health plan ecosystem. We work across Channel Partnerships, Integration Partnerships, Marketplace Partnerships, Resellers, and Distribution Partners — with an initial focus on the highest-leverage motions for near-term growth — to expand Noom’s reach, drive partner-sourced revenue, and ensure that every partnership delivers real, measurable value. We operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, and execution — and we move fast.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to own day-to-day channel partner relationships and drive execution across Noom’s partner ecosystem. This is a relationship-forward, operationally grounded role — you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners while working cross-functionally to keep implementations on track, support sales pipeline, and ensure partner commitments translate into real-world outcomes for members and customers.
You Will
- Own day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of channel partners — including aggregators, navigators, PBMs, and TPAs — establishing a consistent engagement cadence, building trust across partner organizations at multiple levels, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and unlock new commercial pathways
- Stay close to partner priorities, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to ensure Noom remains a differentiated, credible partner — bringing insights back internally to inform strategy and GTM decisions
- Partner with Sales to activate partner-sourced opportunities — joining client calls, supporting RFP processes, and tracking partner-influenced pipeline with accuracy across CRM and reporting tools
- Surface growth signals within existing partner relationships and flag expansion opportunities to the Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive incremental revenue
- Escalate risks proactively, drive alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success, and contribute to building scalable partnership processes and playbooks as the team grows
- Contribute to QBR and ABR preparation for key partners, synthesizing engagement, adoption, and pipeline data into clear narratives that reinforce Noom’s value and inform relationship strategy
- Maintain reporting hygiene across internal systems and bring data-informed insights into partner conversations — using performance trends to strengthen relationships and identify growth levers
About You
If you're excited about shaping how Noom shows up across the health plan and employer ecosystem — and want to own a high-impact portfolio at a fast-moving company — this role may be for you.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role in healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with the employer and health plan ecosystem — including how navigators, PBMs, or TPAs operate — is a plus
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and other internal teams to drive outcomes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partner relationships simultaneously
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure over time
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
What Makes This Job Amazing
- Own a high-visibility partner portfolio from day one — including marquee names like Accolade, UHC, and Personify Health — with real autonomy to deepen relationships and drive growth
- Be at the center of Noom's partner-led growth strategy, working across Sales, Product, Ops, and Marketing to unlock new commercial pathways through existing and new ecosystems
- Join at an inflection point — as Noom expands into more health plan and employer ecosystems, this person will help shape how Noom shows up and gets recommended across the industry
What You’ll Earn and Enjoy
- Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
- Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
- Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
- Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
- And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom’s products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.
