About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Financial Analyst to support key areas of financial planning, reporting, and business partnership—particularly operational expenditure forecasting and variance analysis. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Accounting and offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization. You’ll contribute to core FP&A processes while building a strong foundation in financial modeling, reporting, and business insights.
You Will
- Support the development and maintenance of forecast models to track and analyze OPEX across departments, helping to identify and explain variances
- Assist in the monthly close process by preparing variance analyses and contributing to reporting materials that highlight key performance drivers
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to support accurate forecasting and alignment with monthly actuals
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within FP&A to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
- Support expense management processes, including tracking and approvals
- Manage actuals and forecasting within Workday Adaptive Planning

You Have
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth or DTC environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with working knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Adaptive, Tableau, or Looker (or similar platforms)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a cross-functional environment

Compensation Package:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,000-$94,000/year
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.

- Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
