Our work spans sourcing and recruiting, employer branding, and hiring operations, with a focus on building scalable hiring processes and delivering a strong candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the organization. In this 6-month contract role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers across departments to find and hire top-tier talent.
You Will
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, applicant review, scheduling, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Noom’s values and mission
- Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with the broader People and Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, and excellence across hiring practices
About You

You Have
- 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments
- Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Extensive experience with ATS and scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse and GoodTime
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners
- Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Location and Compensation
This is a full-time contract position with an hourly rate of $55-$60/hour. Please note: Market rates for contract roles can vary depending on factors such as location, experience level, and specific skill set.
This position is a hybrid contract role, with at least 2 days per week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office.
