We develop and scale the systems, platforms, and features that bring Noom's mission to life, from the app experience and backend infrastructure to experimentation platforms and AI-powered workflows.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote) to drive innovation across our product experience and infrastructure. In this role, you will play a key part in the expansion of our medical offerings and help shape the future of our user-facing systems and backend platforms.
You Will
- Build and iterate on new front-end features in our buyflow, including new pages and user interaction logic.
- Support product launches through experimentation and rapid deployment of front-end functionality.
- Contribute to long-term architecture initiatives to help scale our systems for faster product releases.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to influence and build recommendation engines and eligibility systems.
- Help design and implement AI-driven workflows to optimize the development and delivery of the buyflow experience.
About You

You Have
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Proficiency in front-end development with React.
- Backend development experience; Python is a plus.
- A comfort level with working in AI-driven systems and workflows.
- Strong product sense, collaboration skills, and comfort operating in a high-growth environment.

Compensation Package
- This is a full-time, indefinite contractor role with a compensation range of $76,000 - $96,000 USD/year (paid monthly)
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation target for the position for Romania-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual compensation is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.
