At Noom, our Marketing team is deeply invested in telling impactful stories, engaging our audiences, and driving measurable growth. Within Marketing, our CRM team builds data-informed lifecycle strategies that connect users to the right messages, at the right time.

About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Lifecycle Channel Manager to scale and optimize our CRM marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for running experiments and overseeing campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive the customer experience forward in an analytically rigorous way. Our messaging channels are responsible for tens of millions in annual revenue, and you'll be well positioned to add millions more over the coming years.

You Will

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across lifecycle channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring CRM journeys to life, ensuring timely and impactful execution
  • Develop and test hypotheses to drive automation, personalization, and customer engagement
  • Analyze consumer behavior analytics, experiment performance, and user research to maximize impact
  • Read customer research and analytics to generate creative, user-facing ideas and messaging
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Partner with engineering and analytics to maintain scalable systems for segmentation, triggers, and personalization
  • Identify and improve processes, or create them where they don't exist

About You

You Have

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing execution
    • Experience in a startup environment and/or marketing a B2C subscription product is a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization, using data to drive decisions
  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker)
  • Ability to interpret customer research and translate it into high-performing campaigns
  • An eye for quality design and copywriting, with the ability to improve creative output
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Scrappy and resourceful demeanor: able to push through roadblocks and find creative solutions

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$155,000.
  • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, role scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
