The Senior Content Strategist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Noom Med experience and supporting users on GLP-1s within the Noom Weight program. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including our President and Chief Medical Officer, this role focuses on identifying content needs, refining topics, and determining optimal formats. The strategist will ensure seamless content creation from start to finish and will contribute to creating content that aligns with both Noom Med and Noom Weight user experiences.

This is a unique content role requiring a profound understanding of medical / biology and psychology content development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Strategy Development
• Identify and prioritize areas for content development to enhance Noom Med and support Noom Weight users on GLP-1s.
• Collaborate with the President and Chief Medical Officer to refine content topics based on medical expertise and user needs.
• Content Creation Oversight
• Lead content creation processes from ideation to the final stage, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining quality standards.
• Evaluate and determine the most effective formats for content delivery, considering options such as animation, quizzes, and more.
• User Transition Experience
• Consider the overlap in content experiences for users transitioning between Noom Weight and Noom Med, contributing to a seamless user journey.
• Team Integration
• Work closely with the Noom Med and our behaviour science team, becoming ingrained in the medical and psychology aspects critical to the program's success.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience as a digital editor and/or content creator
• Significant experience creating medical content, incorporating expert opinions and voices into the content creation process
• Top-notch writing and editing skills
• Experience creating content in a variety of formats, including audio, video, illustrations, animations, and more
• Passion for continuing to grow and learn new skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
• Thorough understanding of what makes content great and how to measure its success
• Experience with analytics and how to use it to drive future content planning
• Experience working with or for a technology company a plus

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$210,00
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
