Our Director of Sales Talent, Enablement, & Development will be essential in the growth and development of the sales organization. From creating a hiring strategy to onboarding and ramping, all the way through to continuing education of our most tenured team members, this role will be instrumental in maintaining a premier sales organization in a dynamic, ever-changing market.
Where you can make an impact:
Create and execute on hiring strategy
Optimize interview processes for efficient, effective, and engaging candidate experiences
Manage vendor relationships to successful outcomes for sourcing and recruiting
Communicate and collaborate flawlessly with key stakeholders within and outside of sales
Proactively identify strategic needs of the sales organization and create projects to execute against them
Challenge the status quo by bringing new ideas to the table
Support the development of reps by identifying top-notch tooling and creating scalable processes
Coach and mentor consistently, creating rhythms for managers and leads to follow
Embrace conversation intelligence to drive positive change in all borrower interactions
Quantify the success of your team and efforts through data
Be a respected leader while maintaining our strong sales community culture of winning
Don’t be afraid to change things when they’re not working, but also hold your ground when they are
Step outside your comfort zone to take on projects beyond the scope of your day-to-day responsibilities

5+ years in a successful organizational development role
Strong, quantifiable past outcomes
Background in sales and management
Experience in successfully hiring and building teams
Proven ability to excel while working cross-functionally to drive organizational outcomes
An expert at coaching and developing individuals and teams
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume/high-velocity, and sometimes ambiguous, fast-paced environment
An executive presence with a history of building a culture of winning across the sales floor

Pay Transparency
The compensation for this role is $172,000-$240,000 (OT, base salary + on target variable commission)
Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
