About the Role:

Nanit is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing, community growth, and brand engagement initiatives. This cross functional role will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to enhance our presence with retail partners, grow our parenting community, and boost our brand reputation through organic reviews and digital content. This position will report into our Director of Brand Marketing and Community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative assets across all retail partners to strengthen Nanit’s presence.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our brand footprint, including in-store activations, co-marketing initiatives, and digital enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and product marketing teams to develop and execute impactful retail campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage the Nanit community through events, partnerships and content
  • Support strategies to increase organic product reviews across owned websites and key retail partners, including Amazon
  • Work cross functionally to integrate community engagement and lifecycle marketing into broader marketing and content strategies
  • Partner with and support a team of community moderators to ensure responses align with brand guidelines and provide appropriate guidance.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of retail marketing experience with a proven track record of executing successful co-marketing initiatives and digital retail campaigns
  • Community-driven mindset, passionate about building and engaging communities, with experience managing online forums, social media groups, or ambassador programs
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can partner with sales, creative, and customer success teams to drive results aligning back to Nanit’s overall goals
  • Strategic and analytics thinker with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize retail and community engagement efforts for measurable impact
  • Results oriented & adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment, balancing brand-building with data-driven decision making
  • A self-starter that’s excited to join and contribute to a mission driven company

EEO, Salary and Location:

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
