As a Backend Platform Team Leader at our company, you will take the helm of our engineering efforts focused on backend platform development, driving the performance and reliability of our systems. This pivotal role involves overseeing the platform team's operation, managing and mentoring 2-3 backend engineers, and ensuring the efficient delivery and execution of tasks within the team. If you have a deep passion for backend technologies, possess a burgeoning talent for leadership, and excel at navigating complex engineering challenges with 0-2 years of managerial experience, you are the ideal candidate for this role.

Enhance Backend Systems: Employ cutting-edge technologies to scale and improve backend systems supporting a wide range of applications, specifically focusing on platform development.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years in backend development, with 0-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Technical Proficiency:

Web Services: Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining web services, focusing on platform scalability, security, and efficiency.

Monitoring: Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, adept in overseeing high-performance systems.

AWS: Solid experience with AWS services relevant to platform development, including but not limited to EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, S3, and Elasticache.

Container Orchestration: Deep understanding of Kubernetes, showcasing a high level of expertise in managing containerized applications.
