Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations, this leader will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and customer expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the company-wide quality strategy and roadmap aligned with business and high-volume manufacturing goals.

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing quality organization, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership to embed quality across the full product lifecycle.

  • Oversee quality systems, data infrastructure, and analytics to deliver actionable insights through SPC, root cause analysis, and BI platforms.

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for customer quality, audits, and major quality escalations, driving effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Establish quality gates, control plans, and audit programs to ensure reliable, scalable manufacturing and supply chain integrity.

  • Define, track, and report key quality metrics to executive leadership.

The experience you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 12+ years of experience in Quality and/or Reliability within the semiconductor industry.

  • 5+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role.

  • Deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, failure analysis, and quality standards such as JEDEC, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AEC-Q100/101, and SEMI E1.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable quality improvements in high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Experience implementing or modernizing quality data management systems and BI platforms.

  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence technical teams, leadership, and customers.

  • Ability to travel globally up to 10%.

It’s exciting if you also have
