We are a fast-moving, fast-growing remote company in the CPG space. Looking for a self-starter, detail-oriented, ultra-organized problem-solver.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Oversee shipping operations to ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing transportation costs.
• Minimum threshold for LTL shipments
• Negotiate rates and agreements with transportation vendors.
• UPS rate review
• UPS -> CBP Direct ACH
• Work closely with the Inventory Team to implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze data related to logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Review all freight invoices for accuracy and create roadmap for reducing transportation costs
• Ensure accuracy of Customs invoices
• Ensure adequate Customs Bond is on file
• Supervise that the Logistics operation runs smoothly in all areas: warehouse, transportation, and Wholesale customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities, including managing internal and external audits from TSA, FDA, and CBP.
• Set and monitor KPIs
• Maintain accurate inbound and outbound records in Cin7 ERP
• Manage distribution to Amazon FBA & AWD

Fluency in Excel mandatory. Fluency in Cin7, Illustrator/Photoshop/Figma a HUGE plus.
