About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time position where you will serve as Kindbody’s internal technical expert for critical facility infrastructure, with a primary focus on emergency power systems supporting IVF laboratories. This role owns analysis, standards, and vendor coordination for power continuity issues and escalates high-risk decisions and unresolved issues to senior leadership.
Responsibilities

Act as internal subject matter expert for:
- Emergency generators, ATS, and UPS systems
- Electrical infrastructure supporting IVF labs
- HVAC Systems

- Assess infrastructure readiness and identify systemic risks
- Lead initial diagnostics and root cause analysis after outages or failures
- Coordinate, challenge, and manage specialty vendors and consultants
- Maintain documentation for:
- System configurations
- Testing schedules
- Known risks and corrective actions

- Recommend remediation plans and capital improvements
- Support storm preparedness and post-event reviews
Escalate high-risk issues and decisions to the Senior Director
Who You Are
6–9 years in facilities infrastructure roles
- Experience supporting:
- Healthcare clinics
- IVF or laboratory environments
- Biotech, pharma, data centers, or other mission-critical facilities

- Hands-on exposure to:
- Emergency generators
- ATS and UPS systems
- Electrical distribution supporting sensitive environments

- Experience working across multi-site portfolios
- Comfortable in regulated environments (without acting as “compliance police”)
Any experience with launching new facilities, reviewing designs & partnering with construction teams
