Sr People Organization Analyst

This role exists to provide strategic and operational HR support to both employees and people managers, ensuring a positive employee experience and strong leadership practices. The position plays a key role in advising on HR policies, driving employee engagement and retention, and supporting the design and delivery of programs that enhance the Employee Value Proposition. By acting as a trusted partner to leaders and a reliable point of contact for employees, this role contributes to building a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

Employee Support (Tier 1) (20%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses, identifying opportunities to automate answers where possible.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure resolution and follow-up when needed.

People Manager Support (50%)

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, including Directors and VPs.
  • Navigate complex, non-binary situations with sound judgment and strong influencing skills.
  • Lead the “Leading Within the Law” program to ensure managers based abroad understand local labor laws when managing teams in Argentina.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation, encouraging frontline managers to apply discretion and sound judgment.
  • Offer coaching and support on performance-related matters.

Employee Engagement & Retention (20%)

  • Partner with People Managers to drive engagement initiatives, including action planning, team sessions, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Analyze attrition data to extract actionable insights and share findings with leaders.
  • Collaborate on crafting compelling offers for new hires while maintaining internal equity.
  • Develop strategies to improve retention in the internship program and secure top talent.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Design & Administration (10%)

  • Support and evolve programs such as recognition initiatives and “Own Your Career,” ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Monitor market trends and employee expectations to propose new policies or updates as needed.
  • Provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll processes.

Qualifications Required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4–5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization. Experience advising people managers — including those based outside Argentina — on local employment practices and legal frameworks.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Workday is desirable.
  • Bilingual English level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
