Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily activities in our facility, ensuring smooth workflow, team performance, and operational excellence.

This is an onsite role in our Irving TX facility with a schedule of Friday-Sunday, 6AM-6:30PM.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise and mentor a team of hourly associates
  • Conduct hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Operational Oversight
  • Develop short- and long-term goals in collaboration with leadership and team members
  • Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee project completion
  • Monitor team performance using tools like Tableau and implement action plans based on metrics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Inventory & Fulfillment Management
  • Supervise stockroom operations across all shifts, including inventory stocking, kitting, and component delivery
  • Ensure accurate tracking and security of materials, components, and finished goods
  • Oversee cycle counts and generate regular and ad hoc inventory reports
  • Manage handset and accessory deliveries, and process RMA returns to suppliers
  • Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Collaborate with management to create and refine processes for new products and accounts
  • Support safety, fire prevention, and disaster recovery programs
  • Prepare and analyze reports to assess goal attainment and initiate corrective actions as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years in a lead or supervisory role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or repair environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Associate’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience supervising 15+ hourly employees
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience using performance tracking tools such as Tableau
  • Proven ability to create and implement process improvements

Pay Range:

$54,900.00 - $92,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
