Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the claims operation. Generate quality and productivity indicators of your staff. Present periodically reports that are requested.
Implement the strategy to reach consistently the department's performance indexes: approval time, average repair cost, SLAs, etc.
Direct the team's activities to achieve the goals and implement improvements whenever necessary.
Operate under company policies and guidelines.
Provide technical support to the Technical/Actuarial Area in the development of new products.
Perform daily claims approvals (exchanges/repairs/payments) according to T&C and level authorization.
Negotiate, lower rates of product repairs.
Perform daily claims approvals (repairs, exchanges and payments) according to their level of authorization.
Achieve the area's goals by directing the team and collaborating with the areas involved in claims management.
Perform as a coach for the team development: to contribute to the development of team performance through continuous follow-up and individual feedback based on performance indicators.
To remain technically and administratively up to date with aspects involving the regulation of claims.
Perform insurance operations in accordance with current regulatory laws.

- Over 5 years of experience leading teams in insurance operations.
- Skilled in reporting performance indicators using dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Focused on continuous improvement of operational processes.
