Join our team as a Senior Manager in the Property & Casualty Housing Claims Department, where you'll lead a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and specialists to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire claims teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

• Oversee compliance initiatives aligned with state and federal regulations.

• Drive change management, technology adoption, and strategic claims execution.

• Coach and develop managers and supervisors in claims handling and leadership.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Audit, Finance, and Customer Service.

• Analyze data trends to improve processes and ensure regulatory adherence.

• Manage operational risk assessments, audits, and complaint resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in claims compliance/regulatory industry.

• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory frameworks.

• 6+ years of leadership experience with proven coaching and development skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI.

• P&C Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

• Insurance designation or project management certification is a plus.
