Overview of Position

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our European Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving insurance claims, with a strong focus on financial accuracy, administrative precision, and data handling.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Evaluate and process insurance claims with financial accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Fluent Dutch speaking at an advanced level
  • Proven experience in finance, administration, or claims processing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
